Slices restaurant started from humble beginnings in 1990, selling pizza's by the slice at La Trobe university to students. This concept took off like a rocket with 1000's of pizza slices flying out our outlet weekly.
Now that we had the concept in 1999 we thought expansion, this is when we discovered our Keilor location. We figured we could sell pizza's by the slice through drive through, this idea failed miserably! But we did learn alot. Slices diversifed to a family restaurant, we can say kid's love our pizza and our playground. Slices Keilor formed our new concept as times were changing.
Excitingly we have expanded into Caroline Springs and plan to expand all over Melbourne. Caroline Springs targets a new market for us, with amazing views of the Lake a broader range of fantastic customers we are focused on advancing the business.
We are now investing more in our staff, customer feedback and our menu to provide you with a great customer experience. We know you will enjoy our new look Slices venues.
